Each session is grounded in what’s real for you; emotionally, physically, and practically. You set the pace. You choose the focus.
As your coach, I’ll bring tools, trauma education, and structured support to help you:
Understand how trauma is showing up in your body, thoughts, and relationships
Develop emotional regulation and resilience
Work with your nervous system, not against it
Make sense of what you’re feeling and why it makes sense
Rebuild trust within yourself and your choices
Set goals that feel right for where you are.
Take steps that move you out of survival mode and toward growth, presence, and choice
Structure & Logistics
Session Length: 60 minutes (held virtually)
Scheduling: Weekly, biweekly, or custom pacing based on your needs
Location: Online via secure video platform
Commitment: Minimum of 8 sessions
Some clients work with me for a few months; others choose longer-term support based on their goals.

Healing is a transformation of our relationship with ourselves first
Authenticity is who we are at our core. It's the essence of our being. Authenticity is ownership of values, beliefs, identity, actions and behaviours. It means having the courage to express all those aspects freely and remain true to them.
Trauma removes us from our true selves. When we experience trauma, we are moved away from our values and beliefs; we are moved away from our identity. Our actions and our behaviours become ways of coping. We take on other people's values and beliefs because trauma has stripped us from our sense of belonging. We adjust our behaviour for many reasons: protection, wanting to be accepted and wanting to be loved. We become hard, numb, angry, and protective to survive when we don't feel safe, and we become who we think other people need us to be when we are lonely and in need of love.
Being authentic is being secure in who we are. To get to the root of us, we need to explore what that would look like. We need to heal. Healing is a transformation of our relationship with ourselves first, and then we can begin to live out that transformation in our relationships and into the world. When we are able to be authentic, we are able to tap into our own unique strengths and gifts, and we are able to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Authenticity is important because it allows for genuine connections with others, and it will enable you to live a more fulfilling life. When you are authentic, you can build deeper, more meaningful relationships with others, and you can experience greater satisfaction and fulfillment in your personal life.
