Program Format

Each session is 90 minutes long, delivered live via Zoom.

  • First 30 minutes: trauma education and tools

  • Last 60 minutes: topic-based group coaching and discussion

You’ll learn practical strategies, explore real challenges, and walk away each week with something you can apply right away.
